  1. Ecosystem approach to site planning, tree removal, water management, landscaping, site plan, construction management, dwelling design, building materials, mechanical and electrical systems, water conservation, exterior and interior finishes, renewable energy, maintenance and management.
  2. Maintain biodiversity, regeneration, and resilience, and improve land productivity and stewardship practices within the farm and island ecosystems.
  3. Implement best practices in a wide range of ecosystem outputs, including food, fibre, fuel, habitat, etc., as well as waste and greenhouse gases.
  4. To prolong the longevity of buildings, dwellings, and infrastructure, improve upon green building methods, carbon footprint, and clean maintenance practices.
  5. Support and utilize innovative research in the fields of energy and fuel.
  6. Our proposal aims to cultivate the human-to-human, human-to-nature, and human-to-animal connections in an empowering yet gentle way. By developing these connections, we can create a more sustainable and harmonious environment for all.

This project represents a holistic approach to sustainable agriculture that integrates ecological stewardship, community engagement, and economic viability. We aim to leverage each property's natural resources and potential while respecting their inherent ecological integrity and creating lasting positive impacts on the environment, local communities, and agricultural industry in British Columbia that can be replicated throughout Canada and the USA.

Furthermore, agro-tourism, practicums, retreats, and educational programming will play integral roles in generating revenue streams and encouraging community engagement across both properties. By offering immersive experiences for visitors, including guided tours, hands-on practicums, and a plethora of educational workshops, we aim to demonstrate evolving sustainable agriculture practices, Indigenous knowledge, and proven environmental conservation principles. 

These initiatives will contribute to the project's financial sustainability and serve as platforms for knowledge exchange, skill-building, and connections between urban, rural, and remote communities. The properties' natural beauty and cultural significance also make them ideal settings for hosting retreats, wellness programs, and events that promote holistic living and reconnecting with the land.

Through these diverse revenue streams, we envision creating dynamic and inclusive spaces that inspire positive change and foster a deeper appreciation for the interconnectedness of people, land, and food systems.
